KOSGEB Supports

Small and Medium Enterprises Development and Support Administration (KOSGEB) is a public institution established to increase the role and effectiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Turkey in the economy, to increase their competitiveness and to realize industrial integration in line with economic developments.

Entrepreneurship Support Program

The aim of this program is to support and disseminate entrepreneurship, which is the main factor in solving economic development and employment problems, and to ensure the establishment of successful businesses.

Traditional Entrepreneur Support Program

The aim of this support program is to increase the survival rate of new businesses established by entrepreneurs. Businesses established by entrepreneurs who have completed the Traditional Entrepreneur Training can apply to this program.

You can be your own boss with support of up to 65,000₺ for traditional entrepreneurs.

Advanced Entrepreneur Support Program

The aim of this support program is to increase the survival rate of new businesses established by entrepreneurs in sectors determined in line with our country's strategic priorities.

You can be the boss of your own business with support of up to 375,000₺ for advanced entrepreneurs.

Factors to Consider in order to Benefit from Supports

First of all, you must determine your “NACE” code for your business idea.
The business you will establish must be supported by KOSGEB.
Before establishing your business, you need to obtain a KOSGEB Entrepreneurship Training Participation Certificate.
You must have completed the Traditional Entrepreneur Training or Advanced Entrepreneur Training for the program you want to apply for.

Things to Consider When Establishing a Business

Your company must be established as limited or joint stock.
Since "Ordinary Partnerships" are not defined in the Turkish Commercial Code, they are not supported by KOSGEB.
The entrepreneur who has completed his education must have at least 50% partnership share in the company. The entrepreneur's partnership share must not fall below 50% during the program period.
