Personal data is defined within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 dated April 7, 2016, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is the device legislation in force in the European Union.
